Karen has a master degree in Instructional Computing from Purdue University where she specialized in instructional design and computer-assisted instruction. Karen has a bachelor’s degree in Office Administration, with emphasis on Management Information Systems, from Illinois State University.

Personal
As lifelong friends, Karen is a big part of the Williams’ household, being a pitch-in mom to Anna’s three boys. (No, we're not sisters, though we get asked that question often!) When she’s not hanging out there, she is an avid reader, enjoys playing handbells, and using her creative talents with pottery and glass fusing.
