Occupational Screening Tool		Collect and manage an individual’s history - The Occupational Screening Tool is a rapid response contact form that lets you quickly gather a work history, education, training, and interests. The software connects job information to identify the skills, abilities, knowledge, tools, and job responsibilities an individual may have based on the job titles and education entered. Individuals can prove their skills by linking to individual work samples that can be selectively included for online review.
eRésumé		Guided résumé development- eRésumé makes creating an electronic résumé easy! Each individual can choose from different résumé styles and customize the information that appears on their résumé. Individuals can target specific jobs by creating different résumés as needed, and create links to their work samples to create an ideal job match. Career Express Suite information is used on the targeted job to help the individual identify the skills, abilities and job activities. Keywords related to the desired job help the résumé  pass initial screenings, and résumés can be uploaded into major job board sites including Monster, Career Builder, and USA Jobs.
Gap		Giving Individual Direction - Gap analysis gives you a summary of personal status. Identify where you are now based on experience, education and training. Compare this to the target job the person wants, and identify the combined skills, training, and experience they need to succeed in the new position.
