Data Collection

Prospect - Contains only the essential data from the contact form.

Campaigns
Each question asked on the Contact Form can place the respondent into a Servicing or Follow-Up Campaign. Servicing Campaigns help you connect and provide services to the respondent, whether it is sending information, initiating a phone call, or adding them to a database list. A Servicing-Followup Campaign is an optional action you can put in place to check that your servicing is happening on schedule - It provides the checks and balances on your systems and helps you manage your accountability. You decide what actions should happen based on the responses on your Contact Form.
Action Forms
Once you've made initial contact with your clients, you can also create Action Forms. Action Forms are designed to help you provide additional servicing and/or Follow-Up in a campagin. Create internal forms and scripts that help your staff manage contact servicing.
